We are based on the South of Crete, next to famous Matala. The distance from Iraklion is only 60 Km. There are no buses which drive directly to Kalamaki. However, if you are coming from Heraklion Airport there are various ways to reach us. The first is to take a taxi. Just let know the taxi driver that you want to drive to Kalamaki Mesaras, Hotel KIKNOS. The journey should last around 45 minutes. Another way is to take a taxi from Heraklion Airport and drive to Central bus station (takes only few minutes). Then book a ticket to Tymbaki or Mires (both towns are close to Kalamaki). Upon arrival to one of these towns, take a taxi to Kalamaki. This way although it takes longer is the cheapest. Finally you can rent a car and drive to Kalamaki.
